Registration Cancellation & Refunds
SizeCon reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations. If SizeCon refuses or cancels a registration, the registrant will be offered a refund. If an attendee’s behavior leads to their ejection from the event, no refund will be issued.
SizeCon reserves the right to cancel an event due to natural disaster or any circumstance which would make the event non-viable. If SizeCon cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new date.
The deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is January 14th, 2020 at 11:59pm EST, 30 days before the event. Booth registration fees are non-refundable. At SizeCon's sole discretion a refund may be allowed due to extenuating circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be submitted by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org by the January 14th deadline. Any cancellation received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Refunds will only be issued for the amount of the ticket price. Per the PayPal Merchant Agreement and Terms of Service, fees collected by PayPal are non-refundable for any reason.
